Volunteering at FHS
Any adult wishing to help on campus for any reason must be and Additions volunteer.
To become a volunteer, they need to go to the online registration at: https://www.ocps.net/es/cr/resources/Pages/ADDitions.aspx
Once they have completed the application, it will be reviewed by OCPS and is subject to a background check.
All qualified applicants will be notified by email. They are then free to contact me for volunteer opportunities.
Teachers need to remember that anyone who comes on campus must be an Additions volunteer and that they are responsible for ensuring that the any volunteering working in their rooms has signed in and out in the front office at the computer so that a record of their visit is recorded as well as their hours.
This is a requirement of the Jessica Lungsford Act.
